PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE, AS OUR INITIAL $200 DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
WE ALLOW A ONE-TIME DEPOSIT TRANSFER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CANCELLATION IN THE EVENT SOMETHING COMES UP AND YOU CANNOT TAKE THE PUPPY YOU ORIGINALLY PLACED A DEPOSIT ON. AFTER THE 60 DAY PERIOD, THE DEPOSIT IS NO LONGER VALID.
A great deal of attention and precaution is given to our puppies before they are placed in their forever homes. Please acknowledge that the actions we recommend after you receive your new puppy is for the well-being of the puppy.
Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian no later than 3 business days from the date of delivery in order to validate this health guarantee. This is mandatory to confirm that your puppy was not sick or injured at the time of delivery. All puppies have been examined by our vet and found to be in good health at the time of shipment. The seller is under no obligation to honor the guarantee if a licensed veterinarian has not examined this puppy within 3 business days. It will be considered null and void.
Your puppy is guaranteed for (1) year from the date of birth against any life-threatening genetic or hereditary disease or defect.
THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Parvovirus is valid for a period of 7 days from the pick-up date, since the normal incubation period for this disease is 5 to 7 days. For example, if the 1st signs of Parvovirus were to show up on a puppy 12 to 15 days from pick up, the puppy could not have carried that disease from the breeder’s premises and incubated it for that long before showing signs of that disease. Therefore, the puppy contracted Parvovirus elsewhere, and it will not be the responsibility of the breeder.
DO NOT vaccinate this puppy within 10 days of receiving him/her unless the breeder states otherwise. This will automatically null and void this contract, as it is not safe to over-vaccinate a puppy.
The breeder assumes no liability for any expenses incurred by the buyer once the puppy leaves the breeder and is in the buyer's possession. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer and not the breeder.
The buyer understands that slight genetic defects are not considered life-threatening, so they will not be covered: umbilical/inguinal hernia, undecided testicle, under/overbite, hypoglycemia, bladder/urinary infections.
Buyer understands that a refund would be given only if it is attributed to a hereditary problem. Ex: heart, lungs, liver damage. If a puppy is in an accident or contracts a contagious, life-threatening disease on your premises, it will not be covered. Puppies are not returnable if their temperament is not up to your standards. It must be a hereditary issue.
If your puppy displays any indication of poor health, you must notify me immediately. If in the opinion of your vet, your puppy is very sick or has a congenital defect, you must provide a written statement from your vet on vet office stationery for my records, stating that the disease warrants euthanization of the dog or that the condition would not make your dog a suitable family pet.
If your puppy is deemed not a suitable family pet, and you would like a refund or replacement puppy, you must surrender the dog to the breeder. Shipping is non-refundable and will also be the responsibility of the owner if a replacement puppy is shipped. If you have bonded with your dog and choose to keep him/her, we will refund you 1/2 of the purchase price, less shipping. If the puppy has died, the breeder requests an autopsy to be done at the buyer's expense to determine the cause of death. A letter from the licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death is required for the replacement of the puppy.
This health guarantee does not include hypoglycemia, parasites of any kind, kennel cough, intestinal parasites, or bacteria, including Coccidia and Giardia. These are common occurrences found in puppies until their immune system mature. Puppies can contract any of these from their environment. We take precautions to avoid these conditions and ask that you do the same after receiving your puppy. Avoid completely or limit contact of your puppy around other dogs until all booster vaccinations have been given.

It is different for each airport. You will be asked for identification to be sure that you are the owner of the puppy. You will sign and then take your puppy home. It is that simple.
